Block 2 SHRED: now that your body is a metabolic machine, we match our workouts for that in this block.


Block 3 SCULPT: you want muscle tone; here is where we start to see that!

Hey, I'm Hollie, the go-to fitness guru for busy women!

 

I am the creator of STRONG training methods and I am pumped to bring you another STRONG challenge.

Over the last 4 years, my proprietary triple S method that you see in all of my STRONG programs has been a game-changer for over a thousand busy, successful women! 

​

I believe in the power of lifting weights to change your physique AND the power of a group of women to help you reach your goals: and in STRONG, we have both.

​

As a woman, I believe the more you lift weights the more effective your body can become (hello fired-up metabolism). I am here to teach and coach you to do this in an effective way that takes the guesswork away- you just show up and put in the work!

I have spent 14 years as a fitness professional and like most women, I have tried all the things: running, boot camps, spin class, and even Crossfit. Effective and progressive strength training transformed both my body and mind-- and NOW I have coached hundreds of women to do the same.

  • What do I need to participate in these workouts?
    All you need is a set of dumbbells! We are using these SEVEN days to get you more consistent with your fitness so I want you to use what you have!
  • Are these workouts for beginners?
    These workouts are beginner friendly AND can also be made as challenging as YOU need. All exercises are basic strength moves and can be modified AND amped up to make them more challenging. Remember the goal for this is consistency!
  • What are the workouts like?
    These workouts will be strength based workouts. In just 30 minutes or less we will get your heart rate up and get your muscles burning. They will be QUICK and easy to follow.
  • Do I HAVE to log into the app and track the workouts?
    Absolutely NOT. The tracking and accountability is ONLY for the prizes. If this is not your jam, you can still download the app to grab the workouts and do them on your own. TRUST me you will love these quick, effective workouts.
  • Can I really get a good workout in 30 minutes?
    YES! You can 100% get in a good workout in 30 minutes. We will get those muscles burning-- trust me!
  • I need to lose weight, will this help?
    These 7 days WILL ABSOLUTELY get you on the right track with consistency to meet your fat loss goals. These strength based workouts will leave your body burning fat even after the workout is OVER. That is a WIN- WIN!
  • Do I have access to this after the 7 Days are complete?
    After the program is complete, you will lose your app access, unless you choose to sign up for the next STRONG program! More details on that will come towards the end of this Challenge!
