Hey there, I’m Hollie!
I’m a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and wellness expert with over 14 years of experience. I coach women to get the bodies they desire through effective strength training without spending hours in the gym.
I believe in the power of lifting weights to change your physique AND the power of a group of women to help you reach your goals.

As a woman, I believe the more you lift weights the more effective your body can become (hello fired-up metabolism). I am here to teach and coach you to do this in an effective way that takes the guesswork away— you just show up and put in the work!

I am a devoted wife and mom of 3. I understand what it is like to juggle a family I adore and a career I have worked hard for while still making time for my own health & fitness goals.

Like most women, I have tried all the things: running, boot camps, spin class, and even CrossFit. Effective and progressive strength training transformed both my body and mind and NOW I have coached hundreds of women to do the same.
